May the Great Master Of all good Scouts Be with us until we meet again. May we run the race at the Scout pace up the trail that leads to Him. David was a loving husband, devoted father, a loyal friend, a teacher, a mentor and a lover of nature. He was a consummate professional in all the he did. David worked as an Engineer for the New York State Department of Transportation. He also spent many years leading and training countless Boy and Girl Scouts. His teachings lead them to appreciate the wonder of nature. David succumbed to cancer in 1998. In his memory, his family and friends built a labyrinth in the Tinker Nature Park-Hanson Nature Center, Henrietta New York. The work was complete and the Labyrinth was dedicated on 29 September 2002.
